A strategic piece, with a research focused approach. This project was my Graduation project for NID, sponsored by Atlassian. It delivers a roadmap for the redesign of Atlassian marketplace and its long term strategy.

The objective of this project was to understand the Virtual Social Behaviour and redesign a website's experience based on those insights. In this case, I chose to explore the largest online catalog database of books: Goodreads
Service Design: Zaahir

The design, execution and delivery of the service for the pilot project ‘Zaahir’ was wrapped up in four weeks. The service was piloted in the NID Gandhinagar campus and was executed within the same community, keeping the scalability of the service outside the campus as a major factor in its design.
